Ways you can Volunteer

  • Teach ESL: teach English in small group setting or individually.
  • Hot Meal Program: help cook, serve and clean up during the harvest season (Any period of time between 2 and 7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday in May; Monday through Thursday from June through August)
  • Help out with social activities and special events
  • Help with childcare during ESL classes and social activities.
  • Help with the maintenance of our building.
  • Help with games, movies and mass during and after hot meal time in the summer.
  • Help provide transportation (driving CMS' vans).
  • Teach workers how to take the bus and go on bus trips with them.
  • Visit cool places in Grand Junction with workers
